Kumol Saul Boka Saul

Kumol Saul, also known as Boka Saul, is Assam's traditional "magic rice" — no boiling needed, just soak in water for 20 to 40 minutes until soft and ready to eat. This GI-tagged, easily digestible rice is traditionally enjoyed with yogurt, jaggery, and banana, or with salt, mustard oil, and raw chillies for a simple, wholesome meal.
