Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Rootslane Technology Private Limited ("Rootslane", "we", "our", or "us"), customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, returned, replaced or refunded.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Rootslane reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Returns

Due to the nature of fresh and perishable products, we generally do not accept returns after successful delivery.

For non-perishable products, return requests may be considered only if the product is received in a damaged, defective or incorrect condition.

Replacement

A replacement may be offered if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product is defective upon delivery.

  • Essential items are missing from the order.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Shipping or delivery charges, where applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on the part of Rootslane.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

  • Failure to receive the order after reasonable delivery attempts.

  • Change of mind after successful delivery.

  • Normal variations in the appearance, colour or texture of natural or agricultural products that do not affect their quality.
