Guti Kosu -Taro Corms

Guti Kosu is a distinctive variety of colocasia found in Assam, known for its small round corms and tender stalks. Its starchy, melt-in-the-mouth texture pairs beautifully with pork in the beloved Kosu Gahori, forms the base of tangy Guti Kosur Tenga Anja, and works equally well in fish curries or mashed into a comforting pitika with mustard oil and green chillies.
