Bael squash (বেলৰ সৰবত) — Wood Apple Squash

Belor Sarbat takes the thick, fragrant pulp of ripe Bael and slow-cooks it into a rich, concentrated squash — sweet, tangy, and deeply aromatic. Diluted with cold water and a pinch of black salt, it is one of the most effective summer coolers there is — naturally cooling the body, soothing the digestive tract, and replenishing what the heat takes out. Rich in Vitamins A, B, and C, potassium, and natural antioxidants.

Made from ripe Bael (wood apple) pulp. No artificial flavours or colours.

How to use: Dilute 1 part squash with 3-4 parts cold water; add black salt or sugar to taste; serve chilled
