Aam Panna (আম পান্না) — Raw Mango Squash

Our Aam Panna is made the way it has always been made at home — raw mangoes roasted or boiled until the pulp softens, scooped out, blended with just enough sugar to balance the tartness, and seasoned with black salt, roasted cumin, and a touch of mint. A distinctly different taste than the factory-made Aam Panna, where excessive sugars and flavours are added.

Type: Fruit squash (concentrate)
How to use: Dilute 1 part squash with 3-4 parts cold water; add extra black salt to taste; serve chilled or over ice
Origin: Assam, India
Shelf life: 6 months from packing
Storage: Refrigerate after opening
